I made booking Ticket no.: TMDE48832703 from Jammu to Delhi at around 9 pm. SInce on getting the email at 8:48 pm; I came to know that I had booked the ticket for the bus for same day i.e for 19th instead of 20th December 2018. The departure time of the bus was 9 pm and the reporting time was 8:45 pm. After making repeated calls to customer care I failed to make them understand that I was booking my tickets for 20th Dec 2018 and not for 19th Dec 2018. The exact time for booking was 8:48 pm that can be verified from your system generated mail, the screenshot of the same has been attached. There must be provision for cancellation of the same as the reporting time was already over and it was quite impossible for us to reach as I have my old parents with me and my heart patient brother going for a checkup to Delhi. I hereby request your good self to consider my case genuine and refund my amount of money.
