[Resolved] Redbus — non booking of seat even after payment deduction

Journey was confirmed from deoria to lucknow (Charbagh) for two seats at a upsrtc bus booked through redbus but the bus conductor denied any confirmation of booking while boarding and asked for fresh booking. Refund is required as their was no journey done due to redbus non confirmation. The bus booking pnr number is - xchb[protected]. Ticket were booked for two people i. E. Rajesh rai and divya rai. Ticket id is tmc[protected]. The total amount was rs 1142.
