[Resolved] Redbus — non refund of money paid for tickets | |
On 30/05/2018 I tried to book tickets of Neeta Travels from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai twice. Payments were effected through BHiM Upi VPA. Payments were successful but after VPA time of 3 min. I received one refund of Rs.663/_ but Refund of Rs662.50 is still pending. I complained several times but still I have to receive refund. I recieve mail /sms case resolved witjout refund of money paid.
