Sir, My son booked ticket from bangalore to trivandrum by kallada suresh travels bus by name IMTIAZ KHAN TIN NO.TJD[protected], ORED-1340786 DATE 13/12/2016 AND REMITTED amount of Rs. 1666.25 on line through Canara Bank, A/C No[protected], BERTH NO.UB-2. AT abount 1630 hours travel agent has informed on phone the said bus was cancelled and amount will be refund shortly. canceling at last hour is not good service. however, myson travaelled in another travels.
