[Resolved] Redbus — Not able to cancel my ticket and getting message as an unreported | |||
I wanted to cancel my ticket (Ticket No - TQ3Y[protected] hours before timing of Safar express tour and Travels. But now i went through all proces of cancellation got to know that only bus operator can cancel it but he is not ready to cancel. Instead of cancel my ticket he is saying that he will report me as an unreported there. This is really hurtful thing that i have got it from any online services. I was supposed to travel today( 1 March 2021) but can't go due to raising cases of corona in Delhi. Kindly pls help me to get my refund. Verified Support Mar 03, 2021 Red Bus Customer Care's response Hi Menitesh, Greetings from redBus! We are sorry to hear that you were not able to travel. However, we would like to inform you that as per the bus operator's cancellation policy the cancellation window expired at 08:05 AM on 1st March 2021. Hence, the ticket was not canceled. Saying sorry is not a solution of it. Please give provide me that amount. It really takes hard work to earn those money. Do not be so insensitive . I am waiting for positive response from your side.
