[Resolved] Redbus — not cancelling ticket even if cancelled after 5 minutes of booking and 8 days before journey. | |||||
Redbus is cheater company. I booked ticket for 6th november 2018, 11 am, I wanted to book for same date but at night time. Tmbr90398044 I asked to redbus and travel agency to reschedule travel time or cancel ticket, but they refused. My redbus reference number; 5788548 Now i have registered complain in national consumer helpline. Complaint number 983698. They closed my complain without any communication or resolution.
