Regarding the refund, as per the policy of MSRTC, we request you to visit nearest MSRTC counter along with ticket copy and id proof and meet depot manager to validate bus cancellation and post validation cash refund will be provided at the MSRTC counter. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
