Sir, I have booked Orange Tours and Travels bus ticket through redBus for May 11 2018, 06.05 pm departure from Kazhakkoottam to Bangalore. The ticket number is TM5R60394836. I booked 3 seats(U10, U11, U12) and unfortunately one person cannot travel that day, so i want to cancel 1 seat. Kindly consider the case and please do the needful.
