Redbus — PAY U MONEY FRAUD (RED BUS )

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I booked three tickets in red bus. But actually one ticket is confirmed, another two tickets is not confirmed and amount is deducted from my account. So i called to customer care but they also not properly responding. I loss 2000rs, i dont how to get my money. Please help me

yes also i have paid 5000rs for service via payumoney, after got the payment http://www.saiproficient.com, Meeshika vishwakarma he saying he will not give me any service and payumoney sent the payment now what i do many only crying???, payment id is 32721184
so after payment release merchant kick my and saying not provide any service.
