Redbus — payment deducted but ticket not confirmed

On 15th June 2019, I used redbus booking my first payment is deducted but the ticket is not confirmed. Then I do another payment to book a ticket. but the first payment is not refunded. I contact the customer care but the answer is not satisfactory then I contact my bank to know about the missing payment they said the payment is credited to redbus. so I am sending my transaction details.i also raise the dispute in google pay also but no use they also said that contact redbus.
its almost five months please refund my money. I am expecting good news from you about refunded money. Don't cheat customers. Even they don't have mail id to send the transaction details.
