Redbus — Payment Done But Ticket Not Generated | |
Name: Harsha Teja Mobile: [protected] Hi, I tried to book 2 tickets from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad on 24 September 2016. The payment has done but ticket not generated. So I immediately called to customer care number available in the redbus app, they said the payment of Rs 1332 will be credited back within 10 days. Regarding this I even got a message from REDBUS stating "Your refund request of Rs 1332.00 against proposal no: 3939194 received from IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days." But still now the amount has not been refunded..to complain about this I called to customer care many times but after transfering the call to the person the call automatically gets disconnected.
