Redbus — Payment ticket

As i have done payment of 808.5 and no refund given as showing ARN[protected] as not given yet . due to which i have booked same bus and seat agin and get new ticket.
please req that ticket money should be refund to me as done from [protected] number pls

Hi Atul Bisht, Due to a technical glitch, the amount was deducted but the ticket was not confirmed. Happy to share the refund status back to the mode of payment used by you. Below are the refund details: Refunded Amount: Rs. 808.50/- Initiated on: 12th March 2026 Source: Original Mode of Payment RRN :[protected] As per the standard banking procedure the amount is refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.
