[Resolved] Redbus — rate difference in sleeper coach for two journeys between same points | |||
Sir, It appears that some representative of REDBUS had called me in the morning and asked for debit card details for refund of money. As it is not customary to provide such details, please arrange to send the refund amount to the KARUR VYSYA BANK Branch (CUSTOMER ID: 4070817). So I please request you to look into this matter and provide me with the appropriate refund amount. Debit and credit card details are not to be disclosed to anyone. I jave already provided you with everything related to the travel. Hence you can rest assured that it is only my account that I am giving. Was this information helpful? | |||

yesterday evening around 6 pm, I recharged a prepaid mobile number, that particular amount was deducted from my SBI account . Still now there is no refund. When that amount will be refunded ?
