[Resolved]  Redbus — red bus - ticket cancellation money not refund

Address:3rd Floor Karle Premium, #1 Old Airport Road, Opp. Manipal Hospital, Kodihalli, Bangalore – 560008

I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 14 october 2019 (Ticket number (Tin): tnba80619378 from pulgaon to pune for dated 14 october 2019 that tckt amount was 960/- rs. And bus has been cancelled it on 14 october (Travels name is royal chintamani varma travels.) (Pnr no. Ts[protected]rgnl/13783/royal chintamani verma travels.

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation message you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

Ibooked a ticket to coimbatore and I cancelled it immediately. But I haven't received my refund amount for my cancellation even after the deadline has been completed
