[Resolved] Redbus — redbus not refunding the amount for failed transaction | |||
I have attempted to book a ticket via redbus app which actually shown up as successful, but ticket not booked. After multiple follow-ups with all parties involved in the transaction, i understood that the money reached to redbus's (Ibibo account), a redbus support personnel confirmed the same, and told me to initiate the request for refund with redbus. I have provided all the details to redbus via email. But they never responded. I request redbus via this forum to initiate my refund.
