[Resolved] Redbus — redbus service and bus operators service | |
Booked kallada travels from Coimbatore to Bangalore. Bus time was 4.10pm. At 3.30 received a message that the bus will be late for 45mims due to traffic. After waiting for 1.30 hours kallada travels arranged a pickup bus and dropped us in an unknown location which was too far from the location. After 3.50 hours the bus reached i.e at 8 pm. Meanwhile I tried to contact the redbus to get a solution or alternative as i was in a hurry. The customer care executive Mr Sachin who answered the call heard all the story and the solution to the issue raised was to wait till the bus reaches. On hearing the sarcastic reply i asked to escalate to his higher official, where on his reply was ' he too will give the same solution'. Finally he said to wait to get the call transferred and was waiting for 30 mins and the call never got connected, instead the call got cut and then i tried several times to reach the customer care and never could get connected to any of the officials. I logged in to redbus app to raise another complaint and to my surprise i saw the issue raised was shown completed. I was really wondering isn't there any platform to raise complaints against these private companies. The losses made and the issues made by these companies are never been corrected nor any actions are taken resulting them to continue the issues and play around the customers and cheat them. I believe this should be considered as a serious issue and government should come up with a solution and set rules and regulations to correct these kind of service. A government portal to raise such issues is very essential. Kindly request you to consider this and make the citizens of India have a good service for the money paid.
