[Resolved]  Redbus — Refund amound

Dear redBus Support Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the refund amount for my recent booking.

I had cancelled the ticket / the bus was cancelled (mention the correct reason). However, the refund amount I received is not as expected according to the applicable cancellation policy.

I kindly request you to:

- Review my booking and refund details
- Provide a clear explanation of the deductions
- Process the remaining refund amount, if applicable

Please resolve this issue at the earliest. If not addressed promptly, I may need to escalate the matter further.
