[Resolved] Redbus — refund amount has not been initiated after 10 working days. | |||||
I have booked the bus"sam tourists" from kottayam (Kerala) to bangalore in redbus website on sept 17. But due to some vehicle breakdown issue, journey was cancelled and i received email, message informing that the amount of rs 870 will be refunded within 7 working days. But till the amount has not been received to my account. I have contacted redbus customer care many times and issue is not resolved. They informed me that the amount has been refunded. But i did not received the refund amount. When we call customer care, they will inform like "they have refunded the amount and the problem is with banker, please contact banker" and when contacting banker (Hdfc) they inform like they did not received amount from redbus. Hence, due to poor customer care services, creating this complaint. Please check and help to initiate my refund immediately. This is my second time which i am facing the same issue.
