[Resolved] Redbus — refund amount not credited

Hello, i have booked 2 tickets from tirupur to chidambaram on 25 april 2019 and cancelled the ticket. I got a mail as the refund process was done smoothly and the amount will be reflected in my account within 2-5 days. But refund amount rs.440 still not credited in my account and its been a week still the amount not get credited. Please do the needful as soon as possible. I have enclosed my mail copies here.
