[Resolved] Redbus — refund amount not credited yet

My transaction id is [protected] and reference id is [protected]. We have booked tickets through red bus in universal travels from thirukadaiyur to chennai on aug. 6, [protected]@ 02:40 pm. We got msg stating tat bus has been cancelled due to unavoidable reasons and my payment ll be refunded within 5 2 7 working days. But till now my payment has not been refunded. Kindly do the needy as fast as possible.
