Hi, my name is mini chaudhary, just to inform you that i really fedup from your services because i called you guys many time but no response. I booked my online ticket from delhi anand vihar to lucknow on 28th oct 2016 in e-bus india through red bus india & my boarding point was anand vihar (Karkardooma road) near indian oil petrolpump pillar number 216. I reached the boarding point 1hr before and started calling the bus driver & nobody picked up mah call even they disconnected it many time. Then i called red bus cs they told me to stay on the boarding point and wait for the driver call and also they told me that the bus is on the way and it will reach on the given boarding point but i didnt gt any call from the driver either from you guys. Also i started calling the driver and he picked up mah call, i asked him about the status he jus said the bus has left and disconnected my call and again when i called back the driver he switched off his mobile. I called red bus again they told me they will call us back with in 10mins to tell us the status but no reply came from you. I called the driver and asked about the status again i was actually surprised to hear that the boarding point was changed. Driver said the msg was sent to all the passengers to inform this but i swear i didn't received any message for that. I struggled over there alone for 3 hours. There was a long queue to reach you and bus driver didn't picked up the call. After a long wait i spoke to one of your guy and he advised me to look for another bus at 12 at the night and told us to raise a refund. But no response from you from that day till now. I am really fedup now dont force me to go to consumer code to get valuable money back and also for the inconvenience i faced. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
