[Resolved] Redbus — refund | |
I have booked a ticket in redbus through phonepe and i did not get the ticket. So i raised a request for refund and they said they initiated the refund but it's been 10 days still i didn't get the money. So i contacted phonepe and they said they have not received the refund yet and asked me to contact the redbus people and now they are not responding to the messages. Was this information helpful? | |
