Bus ticket booked on scania a/c bus through redbus - the operator cancelled to & fro trip and refund not received despite several telephonic reminders in their kochi office and bangalore office. Since the operator has cancelled our ticket we need 100. Details: ksrtc pnr k 5767946 from kottayam to mysore, tripcode 1900tvmmse Pnr k5768024 mysore to kottayam trip code trip code 1730msetvm Since the booking agent has cancelled the ticket for their inconvenience they must give us full refund for our 5 tickets. (3 tickets onward journey and 2 tickets return journey). They promised that they will refund the amount within 10 days. The payment of ticket cost was through online (From our bank account)..
