[Resolved]  Redbus — refund details

I cancelled my ticket on 07/01/2019 which was booked for 17/01/19 from hyderabad to trichy in orange tours and travels.
I received an email about refund and it was mentioned that it would be refunded with a week. I expected my refund but still it has not been transacted to my account. Its been almost 20 days and not even an email with a reason for delay. Reference id: [protected].

Jan 22, 2019 night 10.40pm I have recharged Rs.100 to Bsnl number through Redbus Wallet.Recharge failed but amount has not refunded to my redbus wallet till now.
