[Resolved] Redbus — refund initiated but not reflected in the bank | |||
I made a booking in redbus through freecharge on 28 april 2016, my money got deducted but the ticket was not booked... I contacted both the companies for refund but they never responded positively. Freecharge transaction id: 1exvon98ggcxas_73469871_1 Redbus order id: 73469871 Refund id: 73478273 Ticket given for complaint: 3650627 I've been behind this for almost 3 years now... The hotel denied check in at 6. Its already 7:30 morning.. I paid extra money for early check in. And hotel has denied check in. RedBus is not able to help me
