[Resolved]  Redbus — refund initiated but not reflected in the bank

I made a booking in redbus through freecharge on 28 april 2016, my money got deducted but the ticket was not booked... I contacted both the companies for refund but they never responded positively.

I've been behind this for almost 3 years now... Please do the needful...
This is really irritating service from redbus...

The hotel denied check in at 6. Its already 7:30 morning.. I paid extra money for early check in. And hotel has denied check in. RedBus is not able to help me
