[Resolved] Redbus — Refund issue | |||||
Hi, I am re writing again about the issue with your company redbus stealing customer money Unethically. 1. On Fri, Mar 10, 2017 at 10:01 PM. I tried to book Mumbai to Surat ticket through Redbus mobile App. For which i selected Bhagawati travel and for that ticket booking amount get deducted from my bank account. However ticket booking got failed and there is no issue of ticket or call from redbus. Please find attached email for the failure of booking from redbus. 2. Since we would like to go Mumbai to Surat on same day. Then i tried again from redbus with different travel and for which ticket got booked, see attached email for the same. Ticket got booked after 8 mins of your earlier failure transaction. Fri, Mar 10, 2017 at 10:08 PM. Meaning, I had started booking another ticket immediately after i got failure message from your end for Mumbai to surat booking through Bhagwati travel. 3. There is no question of claiming incorrect or in approprite claim for refund as you can see that within few mins i booked another tickets from redbus (it was very unfortunate that i had to rely on redbus), Since traveler had to travel on same day immediately. 4. More ever, no one from your customer care or your organisation is bother to call me about failure transaction. When i called them and write an email they says there was no issue from redbus. What does it mean, is customer is fool to choose redbus for ticket booking and let go money which got deducted by your company very unethically. I am raising this issue with your company last time for any action if you want to really resolve. Else, i have to forcefully go to legal way. Expecting cooperation from you as earliest possible.
