[Resolved] Redbus — refund issues | |||||
Redbus is having lots of refund issues.. I have booked tickets on redbus and the transportation got cancelled.. When i asked about my money refund. They were firstly not responded in correct manner.. And after 15 20 calls finally asked me to collect it from bus stop.. That means i have paid money online but they are not ready to refund it... Very bad services... M really disappointed with it.. That reservation failed. I will pay fare rs 1286 on tez app and debiet cash on my account. So I want refund I will try to sort out but red bus not support me for this problems. thanks...
