[Resolved] Redbus — refund money not yet received | |||||
On 14th oct I booked 2 tickets from Mumbai to Pune through Redbus and made the Rs. 1080 payment through paytm upi but I didn't receive anything related to my booking. The amount debited from my a/c but my booking showed me as failed transaction. I have been reaching out to paytm as well as redbus. I have to tell the same details to red bus again and again and they tell me to wait for 2days, 7 days. They don't even response to mail or complaints. Made me wait for a call back. But they're not taking any action. This is really urgent. Pleasehelp me to get my refund immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
