Redbus — refund my amount

Respected Sir/Mem, I have tried book ticket from Inodre to Bhopal by redbus but transaction get falure, I have booked my tickets four times from Indore to Bhopal on [protected] and journey date is[protected] passenger reference Megha Trip Id : 47540417, 47561326, 47553882, 39378162. but due to your server internal issue my ticket not booked for but 260 Rs., 360 Rs., 360 Rs., 360 Rs. deducted from my account, I have got mail when my transaction get failure you will received your amount till[protected] but, I Have receive my only one transaction amount it means I have received 360 Rs. Other three transaction amount today[protected] I did not received. I am calling again and again redbus support team on[protected] this no, but no one is picking my phone and my mobile balance is deduct, Please refund remaining amount as soon as possible. my Email-Id is rajneesh.[protected]@gmail.com mobile no-[protected]
