Hi redbus team, My refund is pending from one month. All i receive from your customer care is we are looking into it from the past 1 month. Just looting the customers. Attaching the conversation with your customer care. I have contacted rebus via email, facebook, twitter and all i get is we are looking into it from the past one month. My ticket No is TN9H46783055.I booked my journey from Bangalore to Tiruchirappalli on 30 August 2019 in RKT tours and travels and I cancelled it on 27 August 2019.Its been a month but no updates on my refund yet.
