[Resolved] Redbus — Refund not given | |||||
I have booked ticket on 10.09.2016 to travel from coimbatore to bangalore. The ticket booked on 10.09.2016, ticket no. Tja[protected], pnr no: msasc5x jayam travels. On 11.09.2016 at around 10.00am, i got a call from the operator, stating that the bus has been cancelled due to some reasons and i have to do my own arrangements for travel. When i asked about the refund of ticket cost he said that it will be refunded to my account by red bus directly. Then on the same day, i informed to the customer care of red bus about this incident and they assured me that i get my refund in one week. But till now i did not get any refund for their faulty service. I have also raised the ticket (Service ticket id: rb[protected] with red bus customer care. But it has been more than 2 weeks now, i have not received any reply from the red bus on the refund status. Kindly look into this matter and arrange my refund as early as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
