[Resolved] Redbus — refund not initiated and no response from customer care | |||
Hi, I have booked a bus in red bus in Mettur Super Services for my journey on January 25, 2018. The bus was cancelled due to bandh and I received an SMS that the money will be refunded. I called the customer care several times. But still it's not fruitful. I did not receive my refund. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked a ticket on 24th of jan . 400 rs is debited but ticket was not conformed . Still waiting for refund . Have submitted my bank statement on their cust. Support . Called 7 to 8 times there. No satisfaction .
