[Resolved] Redbus — refund not initiated/no action from customer care | |||
I had booked a bus ticket (Mumbai-pune, neeta tours and travels) online through redbus on 4th feb 2018. The bus was supposed to depart at 3:55 pm from my stop. The bus got delayed by over an hour without prior notice. At 4 40 pm i received the message from the operator of the bus that the bus has changed and it will be delayed etc. I had to book another bus and filed a complaint online for refund. It has been 10 days since the complaint has been registered and the refund has still not even been initiated. I have followed up with customer care at least 6 times during this week. Every time a new executive answers the call and gives wrong information about the status of the refund. For the past 2 days the executives have been confidently stating that the refund has been initiated and it will be credited by eod. However nothing has reflected in my account as yet nor have i received any kind of communication regarding the same. The customer executives refuse to connect my calls to senior management stating that they are busy attending other calls. They promise a call back which do not happen at all. I need to get the refund initiated as soon as possible. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
