[Resolved]  Redbus — refund not issued

I booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai for march 9. Rkk bus did not pick me from my boarding location and neither did they call me for pick up. They left me in bangalore and i had to take a different bus for rs.700/-.

I am waiting for my refund of rs. 519.75/-.

Your feedback regarding this experience has been duly noted and communicated to the bus operator. We’ll work harder to educate bus operators on providing hassle-free quality service in the future.

During our investigation regarding your complaint, we received information from the bus operator that the bus was on time and 9 other passengers were boarded from the same boarding point. As discussed on the call, we will not be able to process a refund against your ticket.  

Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

I am booking my ticket on 12.02.2020, , from tirupur new busstand to rajapalayam...route no:881...but im travelling to another bus, because the condutor accepted to my trip slip, , , , and not response to condutor and time keepr, , , please action to the condutor and please send my amount...
