[Resolved] Redbus — Refund not provided | |||
I booked a ticket for the journey date 17th October 2014 in SRS travels from Bangalore to Coimbatore. And a ticket for the journey date 18th October 2014 in SRS travels from Coimbatore to Bangalore. Due to some circumstances I had to cancel my tickets. I called the customers care of Redbus and asked for the cancellation and they said that the ticket will be cancelled and the refund will be given within 7 working days. Reference number:[protected] and[protected] I did not receive any refund so on the 26th October 2014 I called the customer care again and they said that the issue will be escalated and I will get the refund within 24hrs. I still did not get it. After that I wrote a mail to them ([protected]@redbus.in) on 28th October 2014 and I just got an automated reply saying my reference number is :[protected].
