Redbus — Refund not received

I have initiate booked ticket from Solapur to mumbai on 15th February. this transaction was initiated and deducted 3780 but at the time of seat confirmation received site error, but not receive refund, waited for 7 days but still refund not received. request you to confirm refund as soon as possible
