Redbus — Refund not received for operator bus cancellation

I would like to lodge a complaint against redbus along with November Travels bus operator. I had booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on 22nd April, 2026 with PNR# ST[protected] and Ticket# TV5K46003483 of ticket value 1117.50 INR.

On 22nd April I had received a message from November travels that the bus has been cancelled over whatsapp. Later I called the bus operator and he confirmed the same. I was informed that refund would be processed.
Later on the same day. Still redbus has not shown that the bus has canceIled.

I had lodged this issue on redbus app in the self help section and I received a message that the issue would be addressed in 7 days after confirming with the bus operator. It has been 10 days still the issue is pending.

I had tried calling the customer support on 2nd May, 2026 but was redirected to the self help section as "they were prioritizing customers with immediate needs" and i was presented with this information "Grievances and claims related to the bus journey should be reported to redBus support team within 7 days of your travel date. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions on your e-ticket for more information.".

There might have been some miscommunication between the operator and redbus or there might have been some other fraudulent activity.

I need my refund to be processed.
