[Resolved] Redbus — refund not yet initiated / completed | |||
Hello team, Myself mahesh (Reg mobile : [protected]) It's for my redbus ticket booking on 2nd january from gulbarga to mumbai. The bus operator cancelled his bus due to some violence issues across the highway and pune - mumbai area. I got the message and bus operator returned his bus from same city and dropped us at starting point itself. On the same date as have reported the issue to your call center and ticket number is 2796407. I followed up on this ticket 3 times but everytime they are saying it is under process and no further progress. Bus operator has return other passenger money who paid in cash and my bad that i booked ticket via redbus and you guys are simply delaying the process. I have bus cancellation message from redbus too. Hence process my refund at the earliest to my paytm wallet linked with [protected] on priority. Was this information helpful? | |||

We are sorry that your bus canceled by the bus operator. We have initiated the refund of your ticket TM[protected] on 9th Jan'18 as the operator could not provide you the alternative.
