[Resolved] Redbus — refund of 1380, 1380 of credit card & 2360 through debit card on 09.11.2018 for booking bus ticket in orange bus from bengaluru to panaji goa | |||
I had tried to book bus ticket for journey on 11.11.2018 from Bengaluru to Panaji Goa on 09.11.2018 in Orange Bus through my credit twice by swiping ₹1380 twice and debit card for ₹1360 but your online booking site had shown as pending at Bank and I had to pay cash to book ticket through Air-2-Asia travel agent SC Road Anandarao Circle Bengaluru. Taken up the issue with my Canara Bank but I was informed yesterday that Chargeback raised by our bank has been declined. Today I verified with travel agent and found that the above disputed amount is showing as pending at your Bank. Pl verify your account and arrange to refund the amount.
