I have received a mail informing me that my concern is resolved. I wish to inform you that the same is still pending.
I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to vijayanagaram in the name of manasa mandava my daughtet by paying through my credit card on 22 nd march for a journey on 23 rd march. I received a phone call at 4 pmon 23 rd saying the service is cancelled and refund is initiated.
The ticket was booked by giving the mobile no [protected]. I have not received the refund to my credit card. Please resolve the issue
I request that the issue be resolved immediately.
