I wish to inform you that the same is still pending. I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to vijayanagaram in the name of manasa mandava my daughtet by paying through my credit card on 22 nd march for a journey on 23 rd march. I received a phone call at 4 pmon 23 rd saying the service is cancelled and refund is initiated. The ticket was booked by giving the mobile no [protected]. I have not received the refund to my credit card. Please resolve the issue I request that the issue be resolved immediately. I booked a bus from surat, gujarat to una, gujarat.it was late by two hours and we have to wait at the boarding point because our home is 20km away.the bus name is shree jalaram travels(viral).who will give me that two hour compensation?
