Redbus — Refund of the cancelled ticket | |||||
I had cancelled the ticket on 5th nov, raised many concerns on the redbus website but i keep getting response that - We have initiated the refund on 7th Nov 2016. Your bank will process this refund and it may take up to 7 Bank working days & it is 29th Nov now, and i dont think i will have my refund ever looking at the redbus response. Yesterday, I was travelling with my wife and a kid by Deep travels from Ahmedabad to Jalgaon.Due to rush driving I have faced so many physical difficulties.We were compelled to alight at Dhulia, we have to arrange next journey on our own.we have brought this matter to your notice.For your information and neccessary action please.
