Redbus — Refund of the ticket amount

Respected sir, This is Ganapathi.M.D writing a complain about Redbus this is the worst service I have ever seen in my life, I had booked a ticket on 30.4 2015 from Hyderabad to Bangalore in National travels I had got the confirmation message about the ticket but after going there I got to knw that the bus had been cancelled on that day then when I spoke to them about refund they sent me a mess on 2.5.15 that they ll refund 800 rs to my account in 7 days but it's been around 20 days they r playing with my a students amount please take stick action against them and do the need full.
