Bus was cancelled & due to that after so many emails & phone calls i got refund amount but now I am not able to use that amount for book a new ticket. As i contact customer care they are allowing me to use only 10% money to use while booking a new ticket. till the day I was not worried about the money in wallet but now i want that wallet money into my Bank account which details i Have sent to redbus through [protected]@gmailcom . Also there is another refund for the same ticket from redbus still awaiting for the same. Very cheap service from redbus. Now they are forcing to keep money in wallet which has expiry date also. I have cancelled my ticket on 21st January but still I am not getting my money back. Even I complained more than 10 times but they didn't respond at all.
