Redbus — Refund on cancellation, refund on failure

RedBus is one of the Worst Bus Booking site i never ever saw. I booked tickets 2 times but every time i will get 1 failure and 1 successful. I Hope 2 is their lucky number. But both of the failure they told don't worry sir you will get the amount in 7 Working Days. After that if you did not get the amount you need to communicate with the Bank.

1) If i ask Bank - Bank will require the ARN Number
2) If i ask Redbus - They would give Some CC Avenue or Payu number.

Finally, we are the loser, loosing the amount.

I Cancelled the ticket on 03-Nov-2013 today's date is 07-Feb-2014.
Till now i did not get even a single penny amount.

Please never ever go for Redbus to book your ticket. At least i will try either they were calling to me understand my concern.
