Dear Sir, I am really disappointed that second time I am facing the problem with redbus.. Below ticket is my friend's upcoming journey from Behrampore to Kolkata. He was waiting for bus from 12.00 a.m to 1.30 a.m but bus didn't come and also the contact person has switched off his mobile. Please take necessary action and refund my money as soon as possible.
