Redbus — Regarding irresponsible employees of redbus | |||||
I booked a ticket via redbus pnr no.:[protected]/98 from delhi to hamirpur. From evening 5 pm of 24th of june, 2016 i continously tried redbus customer care for enquiry regarding bus conductor and bus boarding place but got no response. When i have contacted hrtc office delhi then i got reply"sorry there is no bus at 8.42pm registered with us to hamirpur". I again tried customer care of red bus but still no reply and as a result i missed my bus to hamirpur. I got a loss of rs.1020. Due to irresponsible emloyees. I booked another ticket to hamirpur pnr no.:[protected]/16 to hamirpur. For 25th of june. So what should i do now, should i stop booking my ticket through redbus or the firm will take any necessary action Was this information helpful? | |||||
