[Resolved] Redbus — Regarding refund of Rs 680/- | |||||
Have booked a ticket in the name of Anisha C. M on 07/02/21 for the journey on 09/02/21from Kumily to Bangalore through SETC. But the first time they deducted the amount but ticket is not confirmed. Again 2nd time i booked that is confirmed and i paid again Rs 680.But the first time they deducted that amount was not refunded to me till today. I have booked through [protected] phone number. The payment i have done it through google pay. I contacted to redbus toll free number they informed that the amount which they have debited first time that will be refunded with in 7 days. But till today i didt received the same. You can contact me in the following number [protected].
