My self bipin mishra i have booked ticket from red bus date of journey 6 feb 2019.ac is not working inside i tell to cleaner they say its cool automatically please wait some time. I wait but my journey is over ac is still not cooling. Now i wan, t full refund.in my original payment mode. Very bad service better to buy ticket from paytm. I have also compliant to ministry of consumer affair.
