[Resolved] Redbus — regarding to cancel my bus but there is no refund my booking amount | |
Dear Sir my name is noor alam khan i am booking bus from delhi to siwan on 20 april 2019. My boarding point is anand vihar (Edm mall). My ticket number is - tn5j34925958. And bus is grt travels my registered number is [protected] and email is [protected]@gmail.com. When i call to red bus costomer care number for refund my booking amount on 20 april 2019 then by customer give a complain number -8144566 but this time refund amount is not credited in my account. Again i call today on customer care and say my problem then costomer care said me to the bus operator of get travels is saying those date bus is confirmed. I have also a msz of grt travel for the bus cancellation information. This is totally fraud to the pessanger. Was this information helpful? | |

TN5J34925958. I understand that the bus cancellation for your journey would have caused an inconvenience to you and I am truly sorry. We’ll work harder to educate our operators to prepare for and avoid such incidents in the future. During our investigation regarding your complaint, we received information from the bus operator that he provided an alternate arrangement for all passengers. However, you did not travel using the alternate arranged by the bus operator. Upon checking, the bus is cancelled and bus operator is refunding your ticket amount. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 22nd April, 2019 to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction. Basis the policy of your bank, the amount should reflect in your account within 7 business days. Details of the transaction are given below: • PO No. :[protected] • Refunded Amount: Rs. 976.09/- • ARN No. or Refund Reference No.:[protected] In case, you do not receive the amount within the designated time period, you can contact your bank to know the status of your refund using the ARN No. or Refund Reference No. given above.
