[Resolved]  Redbus — return of bus fare

I have booked ticket for route guwahati to jorhat on 30.01.2020. The details are as follows
Ticket no: tp2z56477076
Passenger hemanta sarma
Pnr: 256c644m
Travels: rishi india travels
Departure: 9.30 pm jan 30, 2020
Seat nos: 20 and 21
I used net banking for payment of the fare but the fare amount deducted twice for the same seat nos. Therefore i request you to return one time fare i. E. Rs. 921.50

I was booked four tickets worth 4662/- in SVR Tours and Travels to shiridi dated 22/01/2020. then i was immediately cancelled those tickets on the same day.the money was not yet refund.

My ticket was cancelled issues of redbus network.then they told me that they will refund to my bank account.8 December it's happened.today also that refund is not credite. I called around 20+ times and i spoke with team leader neelam.she give me the promise but she also cheeted me
Booking I'd : XLY6SVN9JL.Dear Redbus, Dont make fake promises and provide fake and worst services.It will influence people in a wrong manner . Thanks for your worst service & I am never going to book again and I recommend all my travel agent friends to not use this fake services app.Dear REDBUS please dont misguide people.
